Temporary assignments can range from covering one shift to providing longer term support for staffing issues such as vacations, illnesses, leaves of absence or staffing vacancies. Generally known as Travel or 13 week assignments, we leverage our database of talented Medical Professionals to provide the best possible outcome for our clients. Because Contract assignments are a long term commitment, we carefully listen to client requirements and purposefully screen candidates to meet or exceed the job requirements. A Staffing Executive will consult with each client to determine medical professional needs and assure a seamless fit with your company.
Selection
We will select from our extensive database of talented medical professionals the right fit for each client’ organization based upon the consultative analysis.
Review
As the client, you have the ultimate say in whom will be working and representing your organization. Clients will be able to preview, at their discretion, each medical professional’s profile including educational background, competency results, credentials, work experience and references before each and every placement.
Preparation
We will prepare the selected medical professional with the policies, procedures and culture of each client’s facility. As needed; shift times, contact information, directions and expectations will be reviewed with the selected medical professional by our Staffing Executive.
Placement
Each client’s open position or shift will be filled with the selected and approved medical professional in a timely and efficient manner to continue providing the best in patient care. Our Staffing Executives will remain in contact with each client, and our medical professional to ensure a proper transition. Our placement guarantees will be clear and known up front.
